Designing Better UI with Constraints

When I start a new interface, I avoid the urge to make every section unique.

Constraints help with consistency:

• A small spacing scale
• A single radius system
• Predictable heading and body text sizes

These limits actually create more clarity. Users do not notice the system directly, but they can feel it.

Great design is not just visual beauty. It is trust built through repetition.
